This type of game is a regular stud poker game played with seven cards and the Queen is wild. While the deal is being carried out , in the case of a Queen being given to a player in the face up position, in that case the card that is handed facing upwards after the Queen has been dealt is known as the “trailer”. This card is another wild just like the Queen cards. The queen cards and the trail cards are also wild cards when it comes to deciding who has the strongest hand in full view in order to begin every round of betting.

During the time in which the cards are dealt, if one more Queen is handed in the face up position to a player, then the trail card which comes after that last Queen will then become the latest trail card as well as the latest card that is wild and even the Queen. The old card which was the trail card is not considered to be wild anymore. This basically means that there can only possibly be one other card that is wild. Queen cards and cards that match the trailer card at the moment are also said to be wild if they are placed in the face down position when they are dealt. The player holding the best hand is said to be the winner.

In the case of no Queen card being placed in the face up position while being dealt, once each player has received their four cards which are dealt in the face up position, then each person has to ante again and the game is dealt one more time till the time where a Queen has landed in the face up position in the game. A variation of this game is known as Follow the Cowboy.
